Tuskaloosa Kills is a soapbox\u00a0<\/em><em>upon which McWaters and Smith howl of how humans make\u00a0<\/em><em>community and community unmakes humans. Think threads and\u00a0<\/em><em>scraps, interlaced and unraveling: how a yarn isn\u2019t bellyached from\u00a0<\/em><em>one voice but through a spice-cabinet of voices\u2014heard, misheard,\u00a0<\/em><em>remembered, misremembered, and echoing for one more round.<\/em><\/p>\n<p>&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;-<\/p>\n<p>Abraham Smith is the author of four previous poetry collections.
